These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made through Habeby Store, operated by Habeby. By browsing our catalog, adding items to your cart, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You must have an Habeby account to place gift orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate delivery details. Orders sent as gifts to a partner or recipient rely on the address and contact information you supply at checkout.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in the catalog. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes before fulfillment.

Prices may exclude 14% tax, calculated at checkout. Shipping fees depend on your delivery city and are confirmed on the checkout page before payment.

Orders over EGP 5,000.00 qualify for free shipping where available.

After payment is confirmed, your order moves through our fulfillment stages: packing, shipped, and delivered. You can track progress from your Orders page and via email notifications.

Estimated timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, except where required by law.

You may cancel unpaid orders from your account. Paid orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting support — approval depends on fulfillment status.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not available; please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy instead.

Habeby provides the store platform and coordinates fulfillment of curated physical gifts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
