Order processing

After payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive email and in-app updates as your order progresses.

Gift orders include optional recipient messaging. Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.

Delivery areas

We deliver to: Alexandria, Egypt (EGP 150.00); Cairo, Egypt (EGP 100.00); Giza, Egypt (EGP 100.00); Tanta, Egypt (EGP 150.00).

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your selected city and shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Orders over EGP 5,000.00 qualify for free shipping where available.

We do not ship to addresses outside our supported delivery zones.

Estimated delivery times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your city and carrier capacity.

Peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather may cause delays. We will notify you if we become aware of significant delays affecting your order.

Tracking & delivery confirmation

When your order ships, tracking information appears on your Orders page when provided by our carrier or fulfillment partner.

An order is marked delivered once our fulfillment team or carrier confirms successful delivery to the address on file.

Missing, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable.
