Returns & Refunds

Our return window, refund process, and what to expect when requesting a refund.

Overview

We want every gift to arrive beautifully. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you on a return, replacement, or refund as described below.

Return window

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Personalized items, perishable goods, and products marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items missing original packaging or components needed for resale.

Digital goods, subscription plans, and gift cards purchased through Habeby billing (see your billing portal for subscription cancellation).

Refund process

Contact support@habeby.app with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if applicable.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner, back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 14 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Partial refunds & replacements

If only part of your order is affected (for example, one item in a bundle arrived damaged), we may offer a partial refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order cancellations

Unpaid orders can be cancelled from your Orders page.

Paid orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund using the same timeline above.
