Response times
We aim to respond to all store inquiries within 1–2 business days.
Urgent delivery issues on the day of an expected arrival may receive priority handling when flagged in your message subject line.
Check order status first
Many questions can be answered from your Orders page, where you can see payment status, tracking links, and delivery progress in real time.
Sign in to your Habeby account and open Orders from the shop navigation or your workspace.
Subscription & billing
Questions about Habeby subscription plans (not physical gift orders) can be managed from Settings → Billing in your account, including invoices and cancellation.
For billing issues not resolved in the portal, contact support@habeby.app.
